Agreement

By accessing or using Vedastra (“we,” “us,” “the site”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

The Service

Vedastra hosts a catalog of digital college project kits—source code, README files, and setup guides—sold as downloadable ZIP deliverables. Availability, pricing, and fulfillment methods may change without prior notice, except where required by applicable law for confirmed prepaid orders.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details and safeguarding your sign-in (Google or GitHub). Suspicious activity may result in verification, suspension, or termination. You must not attempt to bypass access controls or abuse referral, wallet, or payment systems.

Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through Razorpay. Applicable taxes and fees are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders in cases of fraud, pricing errors, or policy violations.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

• Duplicate transactions
• Failed delivery due to unresolved technical issues on our side

All refund decisions are at Vedastra's discretion and subject to applicable law.

Access and Delivery

Purchased kits are made available in your Vedastra library after payment. Delivery may use secure server-side systems and third-party hosting (including GitHub release assets). While we strive to provide continued access, we do not guarantee lifetime availability and may change delivery methods when necessary.

License and Use of Materials

All kits are licensed for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may modify the materials for learning or academic submission.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reselling or redistributing content
• Sharing purchased files with others
• Uploading content to marketplaces or public repositories
• Using automated tools to extract or scrape the catalog or downloads

Intellectual Property

Site branding, catalog presentation, and Vedastra-owned materials are our intellectual property or that of our licensors and are protected under applicable copyright laws.

Wallet and Referrals

Referral discounts, wallet credits, and payout features have additional rules shown in the app (for example on the cart and wallet pages). Abuse of these systems may result in disqualification, reversal of credits, or account suspension.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by applicable consumer law. We do not guarantee:

• Specific academic outcomes or grades
• Acceptance or approval by any college or university
• That third parties (including institutions or plagiarism tools) will accept your work
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vedastra's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase within the last six months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including academic loss, reputational damage, or data loss.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if users violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Please contact us first via the contact page or at support@vedastra.io to try to resolve any issue before initiating legal proceedings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
